  • The neighborhood is very walkable. A car might be nice to have, but isn't necessary if you're sticking to areas in East Austin. Scooters are available and easy to find in the neighborhood. Many guests use them to get around or rideshare. The city bus (CapMetro) is also available.

    • Stairs may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges.

    • No parties or events. Parties at the property will incur a $500 cleaning fee.

    • No smoking. Smoking in the property will incur a $500 cleaning fee.

    • No pets. Pets in the property will incur a $500 cleaning fee per pet.

    • Complimentary pool heating upon request; Please provide 24-hour advanced notice.

    • Maximum allowable guests of 10. Guest must inform host about the total number of guests staying at the property. Daily fee of $50 plus taxes will be charged per additional guest.

    • Outdoor cameras that record video and sound in front and back of the house - no indoor cameras.

    • Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a full refund for all nights, minus a 4% processing fee.

    • Guests must cancel at least 7 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights, minus a 4% processing fee.

    • If a guest cancels less than 7 days before check-in, you’ll be charged 100% for all nights.

    • If booked less than 30 days before check-in, full refund is made for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in, minus the 4% payment processing fee

    We strongly recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance for your protection.
